Ingredients were all fresh but they went so skimpy on the protein - not worth the $15.50+ tax that it costs. If they had put double the amount of protein then I would think that the price is fair.

I created my own bowl and it was delicious! I did shrimp tempura, veggies, rice, eel sauce and spicy mayo. my only critique would be for a larger container so it's easier to mix everything together.
