Poke One is hands down one of my favorite restaurants in town. Their tofu "soy boy" bowl is my favorite sub jalapeños instead of seaweed. I feel good eating the fresh ingredients and they load up the bowl for the cost. 10000/10 will continue to eat here forever.

The portion size was a very good value for the money! I have been in Bismarck for a month for work and cant be I haven't tried this earlier! Tasted fresh and flavorful!
