I usually order from here and my bowls are amazing. Today , I got my poke bowl and the rice was so hard. I couldnt enjoy my food.

This bowl is extremely small compared to the last EXACT bowls ive ordered. It's mostly toppings and 2 bites worth of salad. I ordered a LARGE.

My bowl was yummy and as ordered. I got spicy mayo and I wish that there was an option for easy mayo. There's just way too much for my liking, but the flavor was on point and all of the ingredients were perfect!

Poke bowl with two proteins tasted fresh. We ordered tuna and salmon but salmon was subbed out for shrimp. It would've been nice to make that choice though given that the bowls are so customized. The miso soup was definitely homemade and not made with the miso soup packets.
