always delicious, the chicken is crispy and juicy and the plantains were great. They have the best mayo ketchup hands down

Third and last time ordering from this store. The first time, great! Food was tasty, mayo-ketchup included. The second time, same order, but instead of adding mayo-ketchup for Chicharrón de Pollo, they included a few pieces of lime... fine... third time, i ordered Chicharrón de Pollo again, this time no mayo-ketchup, fries soaked in oil, and chicken was not tasty. This last time I also ordered a Yaroa / Loaded Fries (Lg), tons of chicken on it, barely any fries underneath the 3 layers of chicken, and fries also soaked in oil and all soggy. The soda, not sure if it was the dasher or from the store, but when i opened it, all bursted out smh... almost forgot, the Yaroa / Loaded Fries (Lg) barely had any ketchup and no mayo (requested in the order)

Was mostly bones and very dry. Which sucks because the first time i ordered from here it was amazing. If they cook it right there food is so good but if theyre lazy its horrible
