I ordered half grilled and half fried. Apparently , the chef left a note in my to go bag stating the grilling mechanism or grill was out of order and apologized. Very considerate.
The fried chicken is probably the best anyway, Cole slaw was a little over dressed with mayo/crème but it's probably their recipe
The steamed yucca was bland but tasted healthy and plantain fries were fair tough and thick.
I'd probably go mashed potatoe next time or beans. All in all, still a good place as they just opened a year ago, I believe.

The chicken was overcooked, dry and hard. I don't know what happened but I did not enjoy it this time. I like this chicken because it is soft and juicy but not today. It is too bad that quality control was not on today.

The grilled chicken is delicious and flavored very uniquely different from average grilled chicken. The cole slaw was very fresh and tasty. The rice disappointed; it didn't look at all like the display photo. It did have a nice flavor, though. The main disappointment for me was the Cholula salsa packets. I expected a homemade salsa of some kind.

The chicken was pretty plump and juicy, unike the other fast food chicken places. The beans OK, a cross between western and southern styles. Probably should have tried the roll, the tortilla only standard.
