They didn't have lettuce for the Avocado Chicken Salad - Grilled I wanted so I got a Avocado Cilantro TropiChop® - Crispy with fries. I tried to be healthy, but Pollo Tropical had other plans for me lol my doordasher was nice enough to call me and put me on the phone with an employee.

It's a hit or miss with this place. Chicken will either be juicy or dry. Tonight's dinner was dry.

Way too little chicken, it was like a few cubes of chicken in my Large Tropichop® Bowl, rice was dry and hard, and all together was not worth for the price. This Pollo Tropical alway skimping out on portions

The Churrasco steak portion was very small. When we opened the box we were surprised at how little meat was included, but it did taste great! We enjoyed the yellow rice and the black beans as well. The guava bbq pork was delicious and was a large portion. The cheesy yuca bites were so good also! Very pleased with the flavors.
