Terrible. Order is ALWAYS wrong. Fries are so burnt and hard, not even crispy, just a brick! About 2 pieces of chicken in any tropichop as well. Will never order from here again, you all shouldnt as well. If I could do 0 stars I would

Large Tropichop® Bowl There were no chicken chunks, only burnt ends and crumbs. Not a large portion either.

The white rice was really salty, the avocado wasn't ready, they gave the wrong soda, they forgot the fried yuca. There was barely any chicken with the orders.

Chicken was not fresh at all.
This was very bad.
Looked like it was 3 days old.
Manager needs to see what is being put out of kit .
Quality assurance is key to happy customers.
