This is a great pollo tropical. The order came perfect!!! Wish all of them were like this location.
The ones by my house in Miramar parkway and pines boulevard are really bad.
Will for sure order from this location again.

These people charged me 12 dollars and sent me 3 pieces of chicken. Horrible, this location is alwaus so stingy with the protein.

This is not what I ordered and definitely is not what is displayed by pollo tropical. I order this all the time and the sandwich has always been double this size. Extremely disappointed, will be requesting refund.

Partsof the rice is very overcooked and hard, decent meal but annoying to separate the more solid rice

This is the second time that I ordered corn soup and they gave me a different kind of soup. I even tried calling the store and they don't answer the call. Also, I marked off no onions and they placed onions in my food. This is dangerous because what if I was allergic to onions.
