Pollo Tropical has ALWAYS provided excellent food service to me, my family and friends. I like how Pollo Tropical has teamed up with door dash who provides excellent customer service skills. My food was FRESH and HOT! My door dasher was so NICE and on TIME! Thank you Pollo Tropical i'm loving the different menu items and prices.

The food was delicious except I thought the Cheesy Yuca Bites would be more melted cheese inside. Tasted a little like potato but tasty anyway! The bowl was good with the mixed sauces. A very healthy choice.

my go to is the tropi chop with extra cilantro garlic and curry mustard. NEVER disappoints and the large size will last you for days

Chicken was not overcooked. I order this minimum once week. Today was great. Perfect cropsin the skin and tender meat texture.

The chicken was fresh and the sides were good. Always a go to for quick good food. I got 1/4 Fire Grilled Chicken - With Rice and Beans and 1 Additional Side. Plan on going again
