• DoorDash orderHalf the size of all the other pollo tropical. I weigh my food and always get 20 oz of rice and chicken. This only had 12.5 oz of rice and chicken. Can't get two meals out of it and it's $2.50 more for going through door dash plus all the fees and delivery with tip was $20. Double what it is at the store. I don't mind paying double for the convenience but at least give the right size portion. On top of the brown rice tasting like hard pellets

• DoorDash ordermy rice was hard, I had no onions in neither of my bowls, my rice bowl barely had any beans, there was barely any chicken and on top of that the tomatoes were thicker than the chicken when it's supposed to be minced.
