• DoorDash orderI ordered the 1/4 Fire Grilled Chicken - With Rice and Beans and 1 Additional Side . The Rice was so hard and dry I could not eat it. The beans were like soup. This was my first time ordering from Pollo Tropical and I am pretty sure it will be the last.

• DoorDash orderi called in customer service for one breast and 3 thighs. And I got 1 breast, 1 thigh, 1 leg, and 1 wing. Andi didn't get fries but instead fried yuca. I'm very disappointed because I was sending the food to my nephew out of town in fort Myers and I'm ordering from Orlando. I have a great review to customer service on the phone and received the opposite from the store.
