I don't know what happened to pollo tropical but I ordered all white meat and did not get it also the chicken was so over cooked that it looked shriveled. I think this was my last order.

Disappointed. Food was half cooked. I didn't even get the Chocolate Mousse and I paid like 5 bucks for it.
