I am a long time Polly's customer since the pandemic. Doordash orders used to come with much fuller portions. This most recent order might be my last. I usually always get the breakfast sandwich with a side of fruit. The fruit side would usually be grapes, strawberries, and melon or banana, maybe pineapple. This order came with a few small pieces of watermelon and mango which aren't even in season anymore so they tasted bad. The sandwich wasn't toasted and it usually is. I had to put it in a pan and warm it up to toast it myself. Pie slices used to come with whipped cream, now it's over $2 extra. I know inflation has made things expensive but that does not excuse the poor quality of this order. The pumpkin pie slice was fine, but what a disappointment overall.

Terrible salad with chicken that looked like tuna. The sauce was okay, but not great at all. 2 stars cause at least it was big, but I'd never order that again for how much it cost. Also, mango tea didn't taste too much like mango, but it's tea so it was whatever.Asian Chicken SaladFreshly Brewed Mango Iced Tea

The 2-3-1 Combo -1 combo was extremely greasy. Not appetizing. The potatoes and eggs were swimming in grease.
We ordered tomato soup and they sent something else we didn't like.
The half chicken salad sandwich was good.

The Chicken Fried Steak dinner was delicious! In fact, I was impressed with the taste and quality of the meal that this is the first review I've written after using the app well over a year. I'll be back to try other options.
