In the Ponko 5 piece chicken plate, Rice was undercooked and hard , and didn't have much sauce on top. Doesn't compare to the midtown location. Chicken was alright though . Pickles were HEAVY on the vinegar

This was my first time ordering here! I got the PONKO Chicken Sandwich Meal which was tasty! It has slaw on their, and the chicken still has good crunch. I ordered last minute, so it was packed up fast. The fries are so good, I don't know how to describe the crunch or taste, but it's just good. The PONKO Pickles are also nice too! It is a good palette cleanser. I did not get the OG OG Sauce - 2oz. but I did get the Walnut Cilantro - 2oz. and it's so good! I got the Ramune of course because they are also good! I will definitely order again!

Tofu fingers are really good. They always forget my ranch wich sucks because it doesn't taste like anything without a sauce.
If you order chips they will not have a crunch even a little bit by the time they get to you.
Fries are good. Ordering in person is a better experience.
