Food was good. but they were out of the chicken Classic Chicken Sandwich that I ordered. They substituted chicken strips instead. my dasher Krystal kept me updated the entire time! I appreciated her patience because evidently the restaurant was extremely busy and short staffed.

food was good. the order took a long time to prepare. fries tasted overcooked, but weren't crispy. 1 of 2 tender combos should have been spicy, but they were both original.
