Flavor is excellent. Rice and beans is authentic and mashed potatoes are delicious. Arrived hot, and while tasty, don't be fooled by the picture of the flounder sandwich. While the flavor was tasty, the appearance was not appetizing. Squashed flat, the sauce and pickles only on one side of the sandwich, the fillet did not extend past the bun.

I ordered a Large Mashed Potato with gravy and they gave me the smallest one. And this store threw all of the biscuits in the family box of chicken

the food was fresh, but they gave us 5 breasts, 2 legs, and 1 thigh. we would have preferred to make a special request like all legs and thighs. so we figured with an 8 piece we would have got 2 wing 2legs, 2 thighs, and 2 breasts. we were wrong. so the restaurant should allow requests. the driver was great and prompt and courteous.

Mac was a bitter dryer than my preference. 4Pc Signature Chicken Combo was good and crunchy! I wish they had the option to choose your pieces.
