The Clutch Assist (Two Can Dine) was perfect for 2. The Mac and cheese was so good! Chicken sandwich and tenders were crispy and delicious! Everything was perfect, thank you!

The wings were okay. For the 3 sides we got mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, and coleslaw. The mac and cheese was old and rubbery, the potatoes were okay, and the coleslaw was spoiled. The order was missing the Caramel Apple Cheesecake and when we tried to call the store none of the numbers were in service. We will definitely never order from here again.

Big Box Signature Chicken
sides incorrect ordered mac and cheese recieved mash .. advertised leg and thigh got 2 huge breast cold and only 1 of my bogo chicken sandwiches... there is always an issue and i don't blame the dasher this is strictly unprofessional cs from the restaurant itself

I got a boneless bundle and received bone-in wings. The chicken tenders that come with it were thing and dry. They were definitely old. Also got none of the ranches I ordered.
The way it was packaged caused sauce to get all over inside the bag too.
