i am conpletey blown away by the texture of this food. The juiciness of the chicken? On point. The Crunch? impeccable. This was michelin star quality

A lousy delivery and meal. Usually dasher will let me know they have arrive. This time they didn’t, so I don’t know how long my order was sitting out in the cold. Yes, the chicken was cold. Furthermore, very little gravy in mash potatoes making the mash potatoes dry and not to my liking. I ordered the 3-piece combo and not sure what I got. Usually I get a huge breast, drumstick or small piece of chicken and instead I got 3 small strips of undetermined very dry chicken. Very unhappy and not satisfied especially when meal was cold and price was high, and including tip.

the thinnest most dry peice of chicken on the NEW Spicy Blackened Chicken Sandwich. payed extra for the large red beans and rice and got the small size. shouldn't be hard to see what size someone ordered and as for the chicken sandwich I don't even want to eat it it's like eating a piece of leather.

We wanted to hop on the 50% off deals on the Full-Court Feast (Small Group 4-5) and The Clutch Assist (Two Can Dine) since they were really good prices for the amount of food promised
Unfortunately what they did not mention was taking 50% of our food away from us, as we only received the chicken portions and not any of our sides on top of the chicken being cold.
The only redeeming factor was the lemonades which while on the drier side, were very good despite how quick they were to drink given the supposed large sizes.
Overall the meal wasn't the worst I've had but given how *expensive* this meal would've been without the deal, I have to be fair and say it's worthy of a 1 star. I can't imagine how much more livid I would be if I paid the actual full price.

Ordered two biscuits, a small mashed potato, and a spicy chicken sandwich. Biscuits were stale and parts were burnt. The mashed potato had little to no gravy which was disappointing. Chicken sandwich was drenched in sauce with each bite chunks of sauce dripping from the opposite side. Chicken wasn't crunchy. No utensils provided for the mashed potato or napkins. Get Chick-Fil-A for more crunchy chicken and better service.
