Very nice and crispy and fresh the best Fried chicken had in oswego better than kfc and the new management you guys are doing a great job

Not sure who was working this shift, but they need more training. No drink came with my Classic Chicken Sandwich Combo, I ordered New! 24Pc Wings yet only received 12, parts of my chicken sandwich wasn't cooked all the way through, and the fries were burnt. My dasher ended up going back for the other half of the wings (which took 30 minutes for them to remake??) and my drink, but I didn't notice the other issues until after she dropped the wings off a 2nd time

Blackened tenders were good. Regular ones weren't great. The apple pie is covered in sugar and messy. The 3Pc Chocolate Beignets are TINY but tasted okay. Fries were good. Everything was sort of soggy because the bag was tied closed. 4/10 won't buy again for a while.

Everything from here is not up to national standard. My chicken was heavily bread to the point where there was little chicken inside. The rice was also undercooked. I was hoping this loca would be a great addition to this county but it is not! The Oreo Cheesecake Cup was also melted and tasted rancid. And the Cane Sweeeet Iced Tea® was also not sweet and tasted funny. Very disappointing.

the wings were barely sauced at all. what little sauce they had was just pooled in the bottom of the container. the fries were overcooked and cold by the time I received them
