The food was good this time and they actually send the condiments. They didn't forget, the tenders are delicious and crispy I only wish they had an option to do half and half spicey on DoorDash.

My Cajun Fries and 12Pc Nuggets Combo tasted and smelled like they were burnt and were probably cooked in old oil, I couldn't even eat my food meaning i spent $30+ on just Homestyle Mac & Cheese and mashed potatoes. I think I caught them on a bad day though because I later learned there was only one worker working the register out front, cooking, and handling drive thru, so I blame the store for poor scheduling.

More than once, my order has been incomplete from this store. I was missing all my sides for all 3 combos- Cajun Fries mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, red beans and rice and all my dipping sauces I requested. I bought the Big Box Signature Chicken and they gave me Big Box Tenders instead. I ordered another side of Cajun Fries and they didn't give them. This food is not cheap and I expected to get what I paid for so I will no longer be ordering from this store.

Biscuits Dry and crumbly, chicken cooked in dirty fryer oil, and they forgot my Mac n cheese. They messed up my order the first time and dasher was stuck waiting for them to mess up my order again. Driver was great. Food was awful. District manager needs to audit this store. Terrible unsafe food. Wasted 53 dollars
