I give it a low rating because I have ordered 2 times from there and both times something was wrong first chicken sandwich buy one get one free I got just one this time red beans and rice was gravy over rice and rice being undercooked

Order tenders with Backend Ranch, they always mess this up and give buttermilk ranch every time I order from here smh do better
