• DoorDash reviewThe Popeyes at the New Los Angeles is delicious. The delivery is prompt, the chicken is freshly fried, as are the fries. The only drawback is they don't have the mashed potatoes with sausage gravy for some reason. STAY AWAY from the Simi location! They serve old, REFRIED chicken or it's partially raw! The fries are hard and cold. The service is TERRIBLE and they NEVER answer the phone!

• DoorDash orderThe classic chicken from Popeyes on New Los Angeles Ave. is fresh, hot and delicious. My order is always correct. Stay away from the Simi store. My orders are ALWAYS wrong, the chicken is old and refried or partially cooked to raw. The phone is NEVER answered.
