Everytime i order from this location they never forgot any of my stuff. The mac n cheese is the best thing in the world. Popeyes is the best place on doordash if you want some kicking chicken. 10/10 :)

chicken sandwich smothered in mayo with pickles despite not ordering. mashed potatoes were switched out for Mac and cheese. red beans and rice lukewarm, not enough beans. usually store does better but a bad meal stings

MISSING ITEMS
This is the second order from this location where part of my order is missing. This time I didnt receive any wings from the <<taggedItemId=10783372561>>Wings &
Sandwiches Bundle<</taggedItemId>> and a Large mashed potatoes
The food itself is very good! Chicken is flavorful and crispy on the 5Pc Tenders Dinner and the sandwiches but the fries were soggy lol

I greatly appreciate Popeyes' homestyle chicken, biscuits, and more. However, there appears to be a significant issue with quality control and ensuring the accuracy of orders.
I paid a premium of $43 for two 5-piece Tender Combos, which is already a high price for chicken. However, the fact that I was charged extra for sauces that were not provided (Signature Hot Wings Sauce, including the Mardi Gras Mustard sauce I ordered with the tenders, is quite disappointing and leaves a LOT to be desired here.
How is it possible to prepare two boxes of ten chicken tenders without considering including any sauce, or checking the order's contents?
The food I received was satisfactory, which is the sole reason for the 2-star rating. I anticipate that the quality of service should correspond with the premium prices being charged for the food. When restaurant-level prices are applied, superior service should be provided.
