I want to give them 5 Stars, but something missing both times I have ordered. First time was near closing and there were extras of other items. This time no excuse for missing. Chicken is the best in Cartersville. So much better than downtown location.

The absolute worst thing I've ordered from a fast food restaurant. Wings were very very small, over breaded, untossed, waaaayyy undersauced and the breading was burnt. (For both orders of 6pc wings.) the little bit of sauce on them tasted nothing like the flavor listed.
2 orders of fries came ice cold and soggy, with probably 25 fries total in each order. The best thing in my orde were the prepackaged sauce packets.

Did not receive my drink, and the 6 Spicy Bone-In Wings were bland with messy batter. The Classic Chicken Sandwich Combo was good, apart from not receiving my drink.

Angela made my food fresh and very satisfying. I don't have a vehicle and indoor dashed to make sure I didn't right. And she was so helpful. The food is delicious I would recommend this location to everyone. Considering how late it is for me 9 PM and they are closing. She made my entire order above expectations. Thanks Audrey
