Why in the world would you give 7 breasts? some of them are over cooked and to crunchy

we ordered the 8 pc signature chicken family meal and the order was okay per say. the mashed potaoes, the mac n cheese and coleslaw was good however the chicken had no taste no flavor no nothing and it was dry. I am don't like leaving bad reviews because i know it can make or break a business. but popeyes is normally good and this was dissapointing.
