Combo was delicious! Chicken was fried to perfection nice and crispy and the mashed potatoes were so savory!

Way overdone, soaked in grease, generally unapetizing, even lightly breaded stick! This exposed the fries and the roll, all overcooked. Didn't even finish it! Popeyes can do better, just not the Huntley, IL location as this was the 2cd time the food was like this. Not ordering from this location a 3rd time...

On a 12Pc Signature Chicken Family Meal, we expect three each of legs, thighs, breasts and wings. We received six wings, one thigh and five breasts—only one piece of dark meat in the entire order! In my mind, this does not represent value for money paid. On the positive side, the chicken was very tasty.

They gave us regular 5Pc Handcrafted Tenders Combo when we wanted spicy, they forgot a fry, and all of our items were cold. Our dasher Francisco was great, but the store took so long to make the order. It wouldn't be such a big deal, but this is the second time we've ordered from this store in a span of six months and both times have not been good.
