Most times I order from Popeyes they mess my order up (such as: i never get a fork, if I ask for extra sauce then theyll not put your wings in the sauce how theyre supposed to come. I order boneless and usually get bone-in).

Food was cold and order was not complete, I-ordered 12 wings and only recieved 6. Wings were not fresh. Huge disappointment!

I ordered the shrimp tackle box with a side of red beans and rice, they were out of shrimp so I asked for a side of Mac n cheese and red beans and rice instead and when my food got delivered all I had received was a large serving of beans and rice and 2 biscuits. They're always out of multiple items every time I visit
