It's been a couple of years since I last had Popeye's (here in Bossier City) since the last 2 orders, the chicken were soggy. Since it's been a couple of years, I decided to give them another try, and am glad I did. This batch of chicken tenders were good (crispy). Hope the ones in the future, will be the same. :-)

My chicken tasted old and the wings, drumsticks, and thighs were very small. The beans were watery as if they added water to stretch the amount of beans left, although I placed my order more than 2 hours before closing. Also, they didn't give us the biscuits that were part of the order. It was a waste of money and we ended up getting food elsewhere.

The 4Pc Signature Chicken Combo the chicken was very very small. The chicken tasted bland, the red beans and rice was dry the biscuit was hard. I'm very disappointed I tried calling but no one answered I will not order this no more for the price I paid. I'm very piss😡

The 8Pc Signature Chicken Family Meal was missing the mac and cheese (our one side, which I had to pay extra for) and the biscuits. They did include an extra Coleslaw but not a large like the mac and cheese was supposed to be, which was fine b/c only one Family member likes Coleslaw. The 5Pc Handcrafted Tenders, looked like chicken nuggets and were mostly just fried breading, with almost NO chicken. The ¼ Pound Popcorn Shrimp*, Cajun Fries and the Mashed Potatoes with Cajun Gravy were the only things correct. The 8Pc Signature Chicken Family Meal's chicken was great. The chicken was juicy and tasted great. Additionally, ordered sauces with the 5Pc Handcrafted Tenders and the ¼ Pound Popcorn Shrimp* but NO sauces were sent with the order.
