Big Box Signature Chicken is a great deal...the Pickle Glaze Chicken Sandwich was fresh as was all the food! Really good!

Chicken sandwich was supposed to have pickles, I ordered no mayo and sandwich was plain and chicken was old and stringy like jerky, ordered a Chocolate Chip Biscuit and I received a regular biscuit though I was charged almost $3 for the other one, mashed potatoes would be good if I had some utensils because I'm at work. So disappointed

The quality of the food in this order was disappointing and some were inedible. The sandwiches were not only fried in very old oil, but they were old and cold. Very hard and chewy and there were 4 of them. Not sure what happened this night.

Did not receive the side of mashed potatoes, the fish sandwich was more burnt around the edges. Got a little fish when I hit the center of the sandwich. VERY disappointed due to all the hype of this sandwich. I will stick to McDonalds for fast and Singletons Seafood Shack at Mayport for the best. Also, Culver's has the best fast food fish sandwich.

The 3 piece 3Pc Signature Chicken Combo I order was all dark meat. The red beans and rice side looked like someone ate half of it. It was mixed and a corner of rice and beans. I threw it away. My 2 piece 2Pc Signature Chicken Combo the chicken was hard. The option to choose white meat is not a option. Overall I was highly disappointed with these meals.
