Best Popeye's Chicken I've ever had. Coming from an area where Popeyes were everywhere and very mediocre at best, every piece and every side was extremely fresh and hot. Great Job!!

didn't receive one sandwich in the order and the wings were barely even covered with sauce and were spicy for some reason like they used the ghost pepper ones and the Mac and cheese didn't even have a lid on it and was cold

I called the store to ask for honey, the employee that answered the phone was rude, dismissive and unprofessional, he said I should have ordered honey on the app, but there was no way to order it on the app . he did give me the honey and the amount I request, his behavior was unnecessary and ruined this review because the food was amazing, customer service was deplorable. Do better

The tenders were tiny strings of chicken. The biscuits, that we normally love, were like hockey pucks. We couldn't eat them. My son didn't get the 2 sauces he asked for. The pickles were missing from my husband's sandwich. And the food was vaguely warm because the driver drove to another delivery, nowhere near us, after he picked up our food.

The chicken sandwiches and fries were amazing. They did apparently run out of wings which is fine if they want to substitute them out. They gave me 4 chicken tenders as the substitute for 12 wings. To me this feels like it's too little of a substitute. 4 tenders definitely do not equal the same amount of meat as 12 wings. The chicken is still awesome, but I wish I would have been substituted correctly. Even throwing the sauce on the tenders that was supposed to be on the wings would have been a good extra step.
