Family Feast was very good quality chicken, apart from the fact that it did not come with the two sandwiches. If it did it would have been a 4 instead of 2. Waste of time getting a meal for multiple people and not get half of it.

Orders always take long to make at this place. This time around the driver noticed missing items, went back to tell them & one of the workers tried to argue with her that they made them. Luckily she went to them immediately & my sides were NOT in the bag as she suspected. My driver went above & beyond. Her communication was awesome. The employee communication/customer service skills need improvement. Store is in need of quality improvements.

I'm not sure how often they change the grease, but this was obviously not cooked in anything close to fresh grease. It makes me sad. I used to love Popeyes chicken.
