beyond bad. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was just thrown in the bag covered in sauce and the sandwich didn't taste properly done and breading wasn't even attached to the meat. The Cajun Fries weren't done either.

no napkins, no utensils were provided. For the mac and cheese to be an extra $1 i was disappointed in the quantity. the scoop was so small it slid around in the container. One of my pieces of chicken was a really tiny wing, both pieces did of course taste great. so was also a little, flat or something off.

I had the 2 PC Signature Combo (x2) because my husband had it too. I thought it would be good and fresh but the chicken was dry and the biscuit was almost burned. The mac and cheese sides tasted really good though, you can tell they used real cheese. I would recommend getting it earlier in the day, maybe they will make the food better then.
