I didn't get my extra two (one regular, one with strabwery )biscuits with my order :/ even though I paid for it. Plus a random drink?? I got a water but I didnt order it. Chicken was good though.

Usually never have an issue with this store.4Pc Signature Chicken Combo was old, cold and hard as a rock, couldn't eat it. ¼ Pound Popcorn Shrimp Combo* didn't even get the shrimp at all, got the sides. Flounder Fish Sandwich tasted horrible, was like eating salt water. Chocolate Chip Biscuit didn't even get these. Homestyle Mac & CheeseRed Beans & RiceMashed Potatoes with Cajun Gravy was all cold and old. Just an all around horrible experience.

The Shrimp Tackle Box Combo was very disappointing. It seemed like the shrimp were popcorn size not the butterflied ones in the description.

No matter if I go in person or order Doordash, EVERY SINGLE TIME they give me spicy chicken and I can't eat spicy. 21 times I've ordered Doordash Popeyes in the past two years AND EVERY SINGLE TIME IT WAS SPICY. At this point, FIRE EVERYBODY IN THAT PLACE AND SHUT IT DOWN! Simple orders can't be fulfilled. SMH

There were some missing items. red beans and rice, french fries & only received two chicken tenders and I ordered a five piece. I also ordered two large cokes and received one coke and one Dr pepper. I do not like Dr pepper.
