Their Spicy Fried Chicken is consistently good.
BUT, I ordered 6 Extra Biscuits and was charged for the extra biscuits but they were not included in the delivery! Someone goofed at the store. Store#4851. Order #26. Mobile Delivery Order at 9:51 PM. 4 Pc Spicy Combo Dlv, regular mash and gravy, sm diet Coke.

The chicken was chewy and undercooked, which raised concerns about whether it was even safe to eat. On top of that, the fries were rubbery, soggy, and tasted stale, like they’d been sitting out for a long time. Second time I haven't been satisfied with this Popeyes and will not be ordering again

They are abominably tiny and they're all breading.

Ghost Pepper Sandwich Combo the sandwich was fishy and I had to throw it away
They forgot the fries and put in all the wrong sauces. Did not get any of the ones I chose. It's diappointing because I had to pay for Wing Sauces and the Dipping Sauces
