I ordered the 12 piece family meal and the chicken was old and dry, taste like it was burnt and still a little bloody!! I received two small potatoes and one red beans and rice small ind sizes and the six biscuits was hard and old. I never will order from here again. The box was torn all up

This is my second experience dining at this establishment, and on both occasions, I have been extremely disappointed with the quality and quantity of the food. The disparity between the price paid and the value received is significant. It is concerning that consistently good food seems unattainable here. The necessity of writing reviews to express this dissatisfaction is itself indicative of a systemic problem. It is disheartening when such feedback appears to have no impact on the restaurant's practices. I sincerely hope that this review, and others like it, will prompt a genuine reassessment of food quality and portion control. The current situation is unacceptable and requires immediate attention.

¼ Pound Popcorn Shrimp Dinner* was too spicy for my liking, but good. Frozen Premium Lemonade was refreshing but melted. Food delivery should have a way to keep frozen drinks frozen in hot weather. 4pc Strawberry Biscuits were tasty.
