The bread was small- skinny and hard- I love this place but they gave the oldest driest bread for a pick up order, too bad, because this is one of my most favorite places

I ordered online, and I got there past when they said they would be ready. They haven't even started on my order but they kept working on walk-in orders. I'm sitting here waiting and they keep setting my orders aside to work on walk-ins. They need to figure out their operations.

ordered two sandwiches. one ham and cheese. other new your steak melt + pepperoncini. first was fine. second was 80% pepperoncini and mayo (which tasted wrong. rotten?) 5% meat and old cheese that was rubbery and old and 5% bread. this used to be or favorite sub place. This is the last time I will order here. took pics on dd customer care but was unable to transfer to here. was issued refund.

The #15 is excellent and has a good meat-veg balance. The mayo-mustard goes very well with it.
