• DoorDash orderI normally love Portillos, and even though I moved out of state, it's one of my favorite fast food spots to go to when I'm in Chicago. Because of that, I was very disappointed with my last two visits. The Chocolate Cake Slice was dry, and the slice was significantly smaller than it used to be. The Beef & Cheddar Croissant was also skimpy with the meat, and the peppers I paid extra for were only on half the sandwich. And I could be mistaken, but I didn't even notice cheddar on it. I guess they made up for it by sending an extra fry, but they were hard. The saving grace was the Chopped Salad, which is still quality.

• DoorDash orderOrdered the Big Beef with cheese sauce and mixed peppers with an order of onion rings and strawberry shortcake for dessert. Everything was perfect! Of course I'll be eating Portillo's again
