Rodeo Burger was delicious, Strawberry Shortcake tasted like a dream, chocolate cake shake was luxurious, huge chunk of rich cake at the bottom. Brother. This is back back type of food, like way too good.

bacon cheeseburger was overcooked, tough, arrived cool but lots of bacon, fries soggy, too salty, and cold. chocolate cake was good but overpriced. I asked for ketchup but they gave me mustard. kinda disappointed in this experience they used to be really good.

I've never been disappointed in Portillo's until now.
The Italian Sausage was overcooked and the bun was dry. The cheese only made it on half of the sandwich, requiring me to open it up and spread it around. A messy operation.
One of the Roast Beef sandwiches was missing the sweet peppers I ordered and paid for and the sandwich was not cut in halves as requested.
The fries were wonderful.
This criticism may sound petty but when you drop close to $80, you expect things to be right. And usually Portillo's DOES get it right.
Just not this time, unfortunately.
