My chicken tenders were hard like they were fried twice but other than that my order was fine

Portillo's was closed Sunday night, so I thought I was getting a Chicago style dog from another vendor.
their hot dog was soggy & not Chicago style. and the fries I got were limp & greasy.
THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR PORTILLO'S.
I work in a hotel & deal with people from all over the country & the world. When they ask where they should go or what to order....PORTILLO'S.
But I warn them in advance.....if you ask for ketchup on your hotdog.....they will take you out back & beat you to death. 🤣🤣🤣👍

the Chopped Salad had old lettuce in it and tasted old. I asked for ranch dressing and got the house dressing. the Italian Beef Sandwich was just beef and bread. disappointed with the food.

The beef and cheddar sandwich is really good! The chocolate cake is better than what you expect from a restaurant.
