Ordered chicken tenders and fried. They were both delicious. The service was amazing as usual. The restaurant is well-organized and looks great inside. Plenty room to sit down and eat. I will be back, thanks!

Portillos always gets my order right, but more, they always send utensils, crackers for Chicken Noodle Soup, napkins, everything you need. They do a great job & I appreciate the care they take w my order. Also, their iced tea is fresh and brewed perfectly

The big beef dipped with large fries is perfect meal for two...thinly sliced Italian beef on the perfect roll with the crinkle cut fries...every bite takes us back to Chicago...

I got the Famous Meal #4: Spicy Chicken Sandwich and man was it good!! Its def got some kick, but with the cheese and ranch? CHEF's kiss. Fries were a bit cold and undercooked, but nothing an airfryer couldn't fix 10/10 definitely recommend

The slice of chocolate cake was very good and fresh suitably moistan d fully flavorful. The fried arrived cool and soggyand as al The small strawberry ahake was excellent. Made with fresh styrawberriesblennded nicely and quite thick and not runny. I don't usually use a straw, but it wouldn't be a problem here because it's just thick enough to not be runny and the strawberries blwnded enoughthat chunks won't get caught in the straw.
