worst ever...fries seemed old and dry, the burger didn't have the cheese, onions or bacon requested. So basically it had a bit of mayo and a gross, wilted piece of lettuce. the salad was filled 3/4 of the way with lettuce, a few pieces of pasta and a few crumbs of bacon.

I have been a fan of Portillos for a very long time I'm 75 born & raised in Chicago and this restaurant always fantastic, so glad they are out here, the tamales are so good, beef the best. Thank you Portillos and my Dasher Rachel, packed my food safe

As usual we were short an item for family dinner. The food quality is ok but not what it used to be. Ordered a Italian Beef Sandwich with sweet peppers and only had one pepper on each half. You tout yourself as Chicago's best beef but there are at least three places near my work that serve twice the size sandwiches for less money and all better quality. You've forgotten your roots and favor the profits - no better than your fast food competitors any longer. Ill be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Ordered the big beef heavy dipped. The beef was neither big nor heavy dipped. Sandwich was dry and small. This was a kids portion. I ordered the big beef for a reason needless to say i was disappointed with the size and dryness. Also the sausage did not cover the length of the French roll which is fine. I've ordered from portillo before and it's usually like 1.5 sausage on the big beef not just one thrown in the middle. Wont be order from here on door dash again.

The fries are always undercooked and nearly empty. My large fry had so few fries in the container that I couldnt even see the fries sticking out of the top on multiple occasions. The burgers are good though.
