worst ever...fries seemed old and dry, the burger didn't have the cheese, onions or bacon requested. So basically it had a bit of mayo and a gross, wilted piece of lettuce. the salad was filled 3/4 of the way with lettuce, a few pieces of pasta and a few crumbs of bacon.

Chicago Combo Bowl was just spicy enough and delicious. The Chili Cheese Dogs and Fries filled the requirement for a 20-year old and the Hot Dog was made according to wishes. Everything was delivered hot.

I have been a fan of Portillos for a very long time I'm 75 born & raised in Chicago and this restaurant always fantastic, so glad they are out here, the tamales are so good, beef the best.

The fries are always undercooked and nearly empty. My large fry had so few fries in the container that I couldnt even see the fries sticking out of the top on multiple occasions. The burgers are good though.

Ordered the big beef heavy dipped. The beef was neither big nor heavy dipped. Sandwich was dry and small. This was a kids portion. I ordered the big beef for a reason needless to say i was disappointed with the size and dryness. Also the sausage did not cover the length of the French roll which is fine. I've ordered from portillo before and it's usually like 1.5 sausage on the big beef not just one thrown in the middle. Wont be order from here on door dash again.
