I dont understand why this place is popular. The Chili Cheese Dog was tiny and you could get the same thing if not better at a gas station. The fries were nothing special and the Breaded Chicken Sandwich was forgettable. Waste of money.

The Onion Rings were over cooked.
The chicken sandwich just wasn't like I was expecting.
The Beef Sandwich was dry, the sweet & hot peppers were non-existent. The "cup of gravy"was filled with a tablespoon.
And the 2slices of cake were not put in the bag .

I love Portillo's but this last order was absolutely unacceptable. My Char Grilled Polish Sausage was borderline burnt to a crisp, well beyond char-grilled. The Cheese Sauce that were ordered were not even 1/4 full and the Cheese Fries were soaked in what tasted like very old oil. Huge miss today.
