the fries were cold and a bit soggy. The Italian Beef Sandwich was great and chili Chili Cheese Dog was on point just like Chicago.

The food was very good but I wish you would seal the paper bag when its a doordash order I was able to stick my hand in the bag and it shouldn't be that easy to do that and it helps protect the customers food

This is the first time I had Portillo's. Good Hot Dog. Good Cheeseburger. Good Onion Rings . Good Fries. I will have Portillo's again. :)
