Bacon burger came with onions on it (asked for none) and the fry container was only half filled. Normally have great service and great food ;( disappointed.

Combo Beef & Char Grilled Italian Sausage Sandwich was very good. Fries was partially burnt. Dasher didn't ring doorbell. FOOD is ALWAYS GOOD.

PORTILLOS IS THE BEST PLACE TO GRAB A BITE IN THE CHICAGOLAND AREA PERIOD!!! The food is always a 12/10. I mean wow!!! I will never get sick of their incredibly flavorful food.

Large fry came only partially filled, so more like a small fry with the large fry price. Spicy chicken sandwich was decent although minimal sauce on it. Poor quality to price ratio overall.
