Packaged very well. Not enough Hot Peppers on the Italian Beef Sandwich but everything arrived hot, no spills. They added all of my extra sauces. Fries were hot and crispy! The onion rings were delicious with the Giardiniera Sauce. My order was accurate and handled with care.

Today the food was terrible. Italian Beef Sandwich was so soaked it wasn't edible. It seemed like it was covered in water. The Chili Cheese Dog was weird too. The fries are my favorite but today not so much. It was definitely not fresh food. We could not finish eating any of it because it was that bad.

They're usually great, but today my "cup of chili" was a couple ounces of chili in a tiny container. It looks like the picture of the small cheese sauce container on the website. People can make mistakes, but how can anyone think a cup of chili should be about three tablespoons of chili? Note: it's usually about a cup, and it's good chili.

I got the Beef & Cheddar Croissant and it was okay. I felt like it could have been sitting for a little bit and the meat (unlike other sandwiches I've had from this store) was pretty scant. The fries and cheese sauce were still good, though. Just my sandwich left something to be desired.

The Char Grilled Maxwell Street Polish Sausage is really good, with the onions and mustard on it, great together. And the Chocolate Cake Shake, wow I did not expect how good it is.
