Everything was great and fresh! The fish sandwich was delicious AND they actually read the special request note!! The beef from the cheeseburger was fresh & good, and the Italian beef was on point! Thats rare in most fast food places nowadays!

The Char-Broiled Chicken Sandwich is delicious. The brioche bun takes it to another level. The chicken is always tender, never dry. Way better than Chick-Fil-A in my opinion! And Portillo's French fries are the BEST.

The Italian beef sandwich was amazing. The only exception I would say is, they don't give you an option to add many things like I like tomatoes on my Italian beef and I didn't have that option nor did I have the option to make an option. Other than that, it was delicious.

We did not receive the chocolate eclair cake slice. Sounded good but can't give a judgement. The bacon double burger was received with only without bacon, mayo,lettuce, and tomato slice. It did have the onion my wife added. Five small rings. The Chicago style hot dog did not have mustard onions. It had one dliceof tomato, pickle and peppers. I dont know if they excluded the celery salt or not. The small cheese fries were the best part of the meal. The chili is being saved in our refrigerator for tomorrow to see what other surprise awaits us. I have been a Portiloos fan for years, eating their food from many of there places in the Chicago area. This restitant has a long way to go to match the quality I saw tonight. Will never return.
