FRIES WAS NOT FRESH, THEY WAS COLD. IV WAS CHEATED OUT OF BEEF MEAT ON THE CHEDDAR CRESSAUNT!! IT WAS A VERY SMALL AMOUNT. I DID NOT APPRECIATE COMING OUT IN THE CHILD FOR THIS DISAPPOINTMENT!! $47.35 WORTH AT THAT!!!

I moved to Memphis, Tn and haven't had an Italian Beef Sandwich since then. I just moved back home and this was my first order. It truly did not disappoint and was satisfied the craving. THIS WAS THE BEST BEEF I'VE HAD IN YEARS.

Portillos is pretty expensive, this was a splurge. The fries were old, cold and brown as pictured. the hot dogs tasted old too when we bit them. What a waste of money! So disappointed 😞

The house dressing is really good!
Love the Polish with mustard & onions.
Chocolate cake is incredible!!
* onion rings are terrible. Too crispy, almost burnt, they just fall apart. Very small portion for the price.
