you really can't go wrong ordering from portillos. the order is always accurate and delicious! highly recommend the combo or just a regular beef! but if you want desserts- the Chocolate Cake Slice and Strawberry Shortcake are to diiiiiie for!

Since my favorite hotdog restaurant no longer delivers to me due to distance, I gave Portillo's a try. It was absolutely perfect, even the Cheese Fries (I normally don't like crinkle cut). The Chili Cheese Dog was excellent and really hit the spot. The Onion Rings were seasoned perfectly and were nice and crispy. Good prices too!

Chocolate Cake Slice tasted a bit off today. Don't have it often so not sure if something changed or just a bad day. Chicken Tenders was an order of 4 but received 2 tenders and 2 very small pieces of what should be tenders. Overall, not the best experience this time.

I find that the food is very good. I gave a rating of 4 stars, instead of 5, because lately your amazingly awesome shakes are lacking in flavor. Particularly when it comes to my favorite flavor "with fresh strawberries", very disappointed. Portillo's is a great restaurant and I believe they will bring back those delicious shakes we all loved! Thanks for listening!

The strawberry shortcake and the big beef sandwich are my favorite. Always go here when I want to be full. :) This place is never a no.
