The Italian Beef Sandwich was delicious as always. I got both hot and sweet peppers. I think my stomach is getting too old for the hot peppers. The sweet peppers are deliciously marinated, so I'll stick to them from now on.

It's was pretty good!!! for the price it wasn't worth it though!!!! My son is 15 years old and ate that Italian beef in 4 bites!! The strawberry shortcake is fire!!! Fries fresh!! Oh and not to mention my son got 2 little sweet peppers on the side!!! 2 lol no more

All items were extremely dry, bring from Chicago I expected a great Beef & Cheddar CroissantChicago dry and small, Combo Bowl very ry not a drop f moisture,Italian Beef Sandwich dry and hard bread . I am very disappointed Portillos.

We got the cake Chocolate Cake Shake, and it was delicious. PORTIONS were huge. But they forgot the whole point of a "cake" shake and forgot the actual cake but we had it handled. Overall, would order again

This will be my last order from Protillo's. 1st off its expensive and 2nd the order is NEVER correct. I ordered a Beef & Cheddar Croissant but as you can see there is no cheeder to be found anywhere.
The fires werent even half fun and there was no staw for my drink. The cost VS the product isnt worth every coming back as this is consisent for them.
