I'm not sure what I paid for. I opted for "grilled" chicken to the tune of almost $3 extra, but the chicken wasn't even hot. What is the "regular" chicken for the salad? The bread was totally stale, included no butter, and was flavorless. Did the recipe change? I am less and less happy with Portillo's every time I order.

spot on Hot DogItalian Beef Sandwich super well packed and arrived perfectly. pretty good dunk on Italian Beef, wrapped in waxy paper so it doesn't get out.
